The application scenarios of LED displays are becoming increasingly diverse, leading to different installation methods. Today, let's take a detailed look at these common installation methods!

1、 Wall mounted - (Outdoor LED Advertising Screen)

This installation method is usually used in indoor or semi outdoor environments.

The display area of the screen is relatively small, generally leaving no space for maintenance channels. The entire screen can be removed for maintenance or made into a foldable integrated frame.

When the screen area is slightly larger, front maintenance design (i.e. front maintenance design, usually using column assembly method) is generally adopted.

2、 Column type - (outdoor fixed LED display screen)

There are various types of column installation methods, generally used for outdoor advertising:

Single column installation method: suitable for small screen applications.

Double column installation method: suitable for large screen applications.

Closed maintenance channel: suitable for simple enclosures.

Scattered maintenance channel: suitable for standard enclosures.

3、 Inlaid - (Indoor Fixed LED Display Screen)

The entire display screen is embedded in the wall, and the display plane is on the same horizontal plane as the wall.

Adopting a simple box design.

Generally, front maintenance (front maintenance design) is adopted.

Suitable for indoor and outdoor use, but generally used for screens with small pitch and small display area.

Mostly used at the entrance and lobby of buildings.

4、 Floor standing - (floor standing LED display screen)

Generally, integrated cabinet design is adopted, but there are also column type combination designs.

Suitable for indoor screens with small spacing specifications.

The display area is relatively small.

5、 Top floor style (outdoor advertising LED display screen)

The wind resistance of this installation method is crucial, usually with a tilted angle installation, or the module adopts a beveled design.

Mostly used for outdoor advertising display.

6、cantilever (traffic road LED display screen)

Mostly used in indoor and semi outdoor environments.

It is generally used at the entrance of passages and corridors, as well as at the entrance of stations, train stations, subway entrances, etc.

Used for traffic guidance on highways, railways, and expressways.

The screen design generally adopts integrated cabinet design or lifting structure design.

7、 Suspended - (Outdoor naked eye 3D LED display screen)

This installation method is the same as the cantilever installation method, with the same application scenario. The screen adopts an integrated cabinet design scheme, which is suitable for indoor and semi outdoor screens.

8、 rental suspended (LED stage display screen)

Hanging screens should not be enlarged, with a general ratio of 16:9, except for special box materials and strip screen LED displays.

Lifting mechanisms are divided into gear type, cone rod type, and bolt type.

By using these different installation methods, you can choose the appropriate LED display installation method according to your actual needs!

Operation Method

Frame splicing, assembling the frame of LED display screen, that is, splicing the cut profiles together. Commonly used profiles are mainly square and circular, but their assembly methods are the same.

Place the fixed unit board inside the frame (pay attention to the front and back of the frame, the side with grooves is the front). At this time, the installation position of the back strip must be quite accurate, otherwise it needs to be reinstalled from scratch.

After fixing the back strip, you can move the frame away and start installing the magnet. After the installation of the magnet is completed, close the frame and allow the magnet to be attracted to the back bar, and the fixing work of the unit board is completed.

Connect the ribbon cable and the upper and lower power cords

Fixed power supply and control card; Attention should be paid to the positive and negative poles when connecting the power supply to the unit board.

There are several installation methods for LED display screens:

1. Suspended installation: Hang the LED display hook or sling on the ceiling or bracket, suitable for large, high-altitude indoor places or outdoor billboards.

2. Wall mounted installation: Fix the LED display screen on the wall, suitable for indoor environments.

3. Bracket installation: fix the LED display screen on the ground through a bracket, suitable for indoor and outdoor places.

4. Ground mounted installation: Place the LED display directly on the ground, suitable for places that require frequent movement such as event venues.

5. Embedded installation: Embedding LED display screens into the interior or walls of buildings to achieve better aesthetic effects, suitable for indoor environments.

Attention: Regardless of the installation method, it is necessary to consider the layout of power and signal lines to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. In addition, safety regulations must be followed during installation, and installation operations must be carried out on the premise of ensuring personal safety.
